If you find that the goods you receive are incorrect or damaged, please let us know soon as possible, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as we can. If you order the incorrect goods or the goods don't meet your expectations, we will consider a return or refund on application. Issues with goods or payments can be logged through the Resolution Centre in your Account, or you can contact us directly.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned to us within 30 days.
WHERE to return items to
We will provide return address information for you once you have lodged your issue with us. If we made a mistake with your order, we will provide you with our Reply Paid address. If you made a mistake or change your mind, you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
HOW to return items
Items to be returned can be packaged into a box or suitable satchel and posted at your local post office. Melbourne customers are welcome to deliver their return to our address, provided on inquiry.
