  1. Where can I download a pricelist?
    You can download a pricelist from the website Footer - Download Pricelist. If you would like an excel version of the pricelist, please just email us and we'll send it to you.
  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept, Online Credit Card payment; Direct Deposit, Cheque, and Credit Card over the phone payments. We are hoping to have Paypal activated shortly.
  3. How do I Show All Tea and Coffee products?
    To show the whole product catalogue, simply click on the SHOP tab in the website header and all products will be displayed. You can change the display order by clicking "Sort By" or change to List View.
  4. How quickly can I receive my order?
    Our volunteers currently pack on Monday evenings and Thursday evenings, so orders received on those days by 3pm, will get in the post to you the next morning. For large orders we can organise a courier, which is usually a quicker option. We may be able to express post smaller orders to you for an additional shipping fee. Contact us to inquire: 1300 755 228
  5. Do you have a shop?
    We do not have a retail shop, however we do have a number of retailers who stock our products. Our stockists list will be coming soon.
  6. I've selected COLLECT. Where do I collect from?
    If you've never collected an order before, please contact us for the address details, as it is a private address, not a shop. We will let you know when the order will be available to collect and you can simply drop by and pick it up from the shelf where we leave it.
  7. What are your office hours?
    Our "office" is wherever we are working at the time, with the mobile phone, a laptop computer and wifi. We aim to be able to take your calls during business hours when possible, but if we're busy or on another call please do leave us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours (on business days). Most of our operation is run by volunteers, so that we can deliver more of the benefits back to the producer communities, so we appreciate your understanding when we aren't available 9-5 every day.
  8. Why aren't my wholesale discounts showing?
    You need to LOG IN to your account to see and receive your wholesale discounts. Your allocated pricing will then automatically show up in the shop. Please email us if you would like a PDF of our current wholesale pricelist.
