Latest News: All our Sri Lankan teas are now fairtrade certified!

Tradewinds have been buying tea from Sri Lanka for more than 35 years, long before the fairtrade label was in place. Achievements over that period include:

• helping our supplier establish an export market for tea fully processed and packed in Sri Lanka.  
• contributing to many development projects among the most disadvantaged tea plantation workers.
• helping our supplier establish quality organic tea estates.

Joining the fairtrade labeling system will allow greater recognition of the credentials of our products.

We are always striving to take fair trade further, as part of our commitment to those whose livelihoods depend on the products we consume.
