Ordering
Ordering can be done online, by fax, email or phone. If for some reason you are unable to make an online order please place your order by calling us on 1300 755228, faxing us on 1300 720708 or emailing us at info@tradewinds.org.au.

Payment
You can pay online using credit card or electronic funds transfer into our bank account. You can also pay by cheque.

Delivery Fees
Freight and handling fees apply, and will be calculated online as part of your order.

Delivery
Your items will be sent within 3 working days of placing an order. Please let us know any special delivery instructions in the comments box provided in the online ordering process or with your manual order. You can track your delivery through the site, and see when your items are sent.

Refunds
We do not refund except where goods are damaged or spoiled. Please choose carefully.
